Aloha! These are examples of wedding, family, maternity and couple's photography in some of the beautiful locations in Oahu, Hawaii.

Each collage is followed by a map that gives you and idea of where the location is on the island.

SANDY BEACH

Sandy Beach is my favorite locations. It is located on the southeast coast of Oahu, Hawaii about 25 -35 min from Waikiki. As Oahu photographers we love photographing at Sandy beach at sunset! This location offers golden light with KoKo head in the distance, mountains, large soft sandy beach, greenery and lava rocks. This location is great for all types of photo sessions family photography, couples, engagement, proposal, maternity, wedding photography, senior photography and more....

Sandy beach is also great in the mornings, but I really love the sunset golden hour at this location.

Waialae beach park is one of my favorite locations to do fun family photography in Oahu, couples, engagement, proposal, maternity and wedding photography. This location is right outside of Waikiki beach in Honolulu HI, about a 10-15 min drive.

This location is great for morning photo sessions! Waialae beach park is also great for small children because the water is super calm. This location offers lots of manicured palm trees, blue water, beach, island and ,KoKo head in the distance. This location has a lot of variety ! Waialae beach is also great for large family photography and secret spots for couples' photography and proposal photography.

HALONA COVE

Halona Cove is a unique location on the southeast coast of Oahu, Hawaii about 25-35 min from Waikiki. Halona Cove is right next to Sandy beach park and makes a great combo 2 location fun photo session. There is climbing involved at this location, so I don't recommend this spot for young children or anyone with mobility issues. You will need to wear hiking shoes to hike down into the cove and around the lava rocks during the photo session. This location is best for couples or surprise proposal sessions. I recommend this location early in the morning before it gets too busy since it is a smaller cove location.

CHINA WALLS

Proposal Packages Oahu Hawaii

China Walls- China Walls is a beautiful cliff side style location with ultra-blue water. This is a very unique location and is also great for a second location. There is not a lot of variety but if you are looking for cliff style backdrop this might be for you. I don't recommend this location for families with small children or anyone with mobility issues. You will need hiking shoes for this location. This location is only available from Oct-March because of large swells and unsafe conditions.

MAGIC ISLAND

Magic Island Waikiki- Magic Island is in Waikiki right next to the Hilton Hawaiian Village. It's more like a peninsula then an island lol! This location is best at sunset! If you don't have a car rental or prefer not to Uber/Taxi, then this location is for you. I prefer Sandy beach at sunset over this location because Magic Island does not have the variety that Sandy beach has and is also surrounded by buildings and tends to be busy. This location offers a lagoon with sunset, rocks, Diamond head in the distance and park area with trees and grass. This location works great for family photography, large group photography, couples, engagement, maternity, wedding photography in Oahu, senior photography and more.... But again, it's worth the drive to the beautiful southeast side !!! We do not do this location from Fridays-Sundays and require atleast a 1 hr session.

Ko Olina/ Secret Beach/ Disney Aulani

Secret Beach Ko'Olina Resorts- Secret beach is located walking distance from Aulani resort right behind the Four Seasons resort in Ko'Olina. This location is great if you are staying at one of the Ko'Olina resorts and want to walk from your resort to do a fun photo session. This location is best at sunset! There are many rocks, so I don't recommend this location for small children if possible. If you have a large group or small children, I recommend Waialae beach park instead. It's a bit of a drive but it is also close to many sightseeing activities and worth the drive. We do charge a 75.00 travel fee to this location and only do 1 hr photo sessions at this spot.

KUALOA REGIONAL PARK

KUALOA REGIONAL PARK - KUALOA REGIONAL PARK IS ABOUT 1.5 HOURS FROM WAIKIKI RIGHT NEXT TO KUALOA RANCH ON THE EAST SIDE OF OAHU.

If you are looking for large green mountains then this is the location for you. There is also a sandy beach with China Mans hat in the distance. We do charge a 50.00 travel fee to this location and only do 1 hr photo sessions at this spot. This location is great for all types of photo sessions family photography, couples, engagement, proposal, maternity, wedding photography, senior photography and more....

MAKAPUU BEACH

Located on by the Makapuu Lighthouse, this location has a little of everything, mountains, Rabbit island, blue water, beautiful greenery, beach and palms trees. This location is best in the mornings and early afternoon.
